In the bootcamp you will learn how to break dysfunctional habits and craft a new identity and behaviors that will allow you to reach your life goals.

SCHEDULE AND LOCATION

Our 8-week program runs from May 23rd to July 2th, with 3 weekly sessions, of which two on the weekdays (16:30-18:00), and one on the weekend (9:00-11:00 am).

Topics covered include confidence and self-esteem, anxiety and negative feelings, emotional resilience, social connectedness, behavior change and habit formation, healthy lifestyle, identity crafting, and much more.

The Mental Fitness Bootcamp is run in person at ProSundhed Fitness Studio in Copenhagen Østerbro and in selected outdoor locations in the Greater Copenhagen Area. We at Raise the Mind are happy to announce our first KICK-OFF EVENT on the 21st of May 9:30-11:30 in Fælledparken. 

 

Come for an introduction to mental coaching followed and join us for a group physical training session*, where you get the chance to practice the mental techniques you just learned!

 

Afterwards, we will serve some snacks, and we would love to talk to you about any questions about the Mental Fitness Bootcamp.
